The venue for tomorrow morning check-in, breakfast and Opening ceremonies is moving indoors to Halls D and C at the Direct Energy Centre. If you are driving, we recommend parking in the underground structure at this venue.
The current weather forecast is for very wet weather, so please be prepared. Ensure your belongings stay as dry as possible by double bagging them in a thick plastic garbage bag before placing into your suitcase. And ensure YOU stay as dry as possible by wearing protective rain gear.

PARKING
Parking is available at Direct Energy Centre Parking lots. The single day rate without an overnight stay will be $14.
Overnight parking will be in the garage only, and will be cash payment at an attendant booth. Overnight rates will be a Flat Rate of $20. We recognize that the majority of overnight parkers will arrive on Saturday morning and leave on Sunday afternoon. However the single Flat rate of $20 will allow overnight parking on either Friday night, Saturday night, or both nights. BREAKFAST AND GEAR DROP-OFF - 6:30am-8:00am Gear drop-off and continental breakfast served. - 7:50am Group stretching led by Ann Rohmer from CP24. - 8:00am Opening Ceremonies begin.
CAMPING GEAR
Drop off your gear as soon as you arrive on Saturday morning. Gear Drop-Off will be located at Direct Energy Centre. You will not be able to access any of the gear you after you drop it off during the day, so it is important to carry with you the necessities that you will need, such as an extra pair of socks, sunscreen and your cell phone.
1-Day Walker Finish Line
The 1-Day Walker’s Finish Line is at Downsview Park. Encourage your friends and family to come join you as you take the final steps of your amazing journey between 2:00pm-7:00pm on Saturday. 1-Day Walkers are welcomed to celebrate their journey at Camp with their fellow Walkers. Food and Drink will be available for purchase for Walkers, as well as their friends and family. Gourmet food trucks on-site include: Blue Donkey Streatery, Caplanskys, and Cupcake Diner!
CAMP ENTERTAINMENT
Get excited for camp entertainment after dinner on Saturday! Don’t forget to bring your ID. This year we in celebration of 10 Years Strong we are pumping up the volume on our traditional camp entertainment with an All Star line-up, and special event catering! If you have completed your Online Check-In, you can pick up your packet at The All Crew Meeting, Friday, September 7, 2012.
Onsite Check-In will begin at 5:00pm, on Friday, September 7, 2012, for all Crew Members who have not completed the online process.

TENTING
Once you complete the process through Online Check-In, your tent assignment will be emailed to you on Thursday, September 6. Please watch for this email and be sure to write your tent assignment on your luggage tag and attach it to your gear bag.
If you have not received your tent assignment, you can still drop your gear on Saturday morning, and then stop by the tent assignment table. If you are signing up with a friend, you both will need to present to sign up for tent assignment line on Saturday morning. If you don’t have someone to share a tent with, you will be assigned a tent partner of the same gender that morning.
Gear assignment is designated by colour this year; so when you pick up your luggage at Camp all you have to do is look for that same colour! Please don’t forget to use your luggage tag and clearly identify your bags. You will not be able to access any of the gear you dropped off. It is important to carry with you the necessities that you will need throughout the day, such as an extra pair of socks, sunscreen and your cell phone.

DON'T FORGET
Bring Your Photo ID: You’ll need it if you’ll be drinking alcohol at Camp on Saturday. Last-Minute Donations: Bring any last-minute donations on Saturday. Each donation must have a completed donation form. Speed up the check-in process by bringing them properly filled in.
Shower Supplies
Please remember to bring any shampoo, toiletries, blow dryers, or amenities you might need for your shower. While our vendor has provided these items in the past, we will not be having them this year. There will STILL be showers, but you will have to provide your own toiletries if you require them.
